Can You See How I See?
‘Can You See How I See?’ is a one-hour Visionalist Entertainment documentary on the world of the blind. These are men, women and children who were born blind or who lost their sight through accident or disease.
Excelling through disability is the heart of our journey, and through it, Visionalist Entertainment will follow both the young and the old, the newly sightless and the veteran blind; the musicians and artists, the athletes and business leaders, who have succeeded in a world, not made for them. We’ll experience first-hand on how the blind utilize other senses and develop them to a level that the sighted may have difficulty in comprehending.
Touching stories from the special children’s camp for the blind in western Michigan, Camp Tuhsmeheta. The training of international students to work with a Leader Dog, then returning with them to their home country to see how their new partner impacts their lives. Running the New York City Marathon and climbing mountains with Capt. Ivan Castro, a blinded Iraq war veteran. All of this and more will be featured as we go behind the scenes to witness the unique magic of the sightless world.
Our goal, through it all, is to see how they see.
