Among the souvenirs that many Vietnam vets returned with was an appreciation for the exotic cuisine of Indochina, which is a blend of native, Chinese and often has a French influence as well.  One of the favorite local spots for Vietnamese dining is Clawson’s Da Nang Restaurant, owned and operated by Kim Dao-Waldis.

A recent meal at Da Nang, shared with Mark and Irene Spooner, was a combination of attentive service, beautiful surroundings, spectacular food and great company.
