Royal Park Hotel Fund Raising Event 08.22.10

The Royal Park Hotel's Our Vietnam Generation fundraiser on Aug. 22, 2010 will be remembered as a historical evening as the community of Rochester and Rochester Hills came together to help raise funds for the film Our Vietnam Generation.

It was a tearful and emotional as proud Vietnam veterans from Oakland County and Rochester told their personal stories of their lives as veterans of the Vietnam War.

An amazing display from Bruce Whipple of Whips Tours 69-70 was on full display.

As with all of our events. Pat Daniels, president of Chapter 154, and his team of volunteers, had the Michigan Vietnam Veteran Traveling Memorial wall on display.

Our Master of Ceremonies, Randy Whitmire, USAF Retired, 366th TFW, DaNang RVN did an incredible job.
